Dr Khadija Alnofeli is a PhD graduate from the University of Wollongong (Australia), specialising in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered customer relationship management (CRM) systems and strategic marketing. She brings over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning healthcare, education, aviation and public relations. Her research sits at the intersection of AI, data governance and organisational strategy. She has two publications, including a book chapter in the Handbook of Big Data Research Methods (Edward Elgar) and a peer-reviewed article in the Journal of Innovation and Knowledge. |
