Lead team/s who are passionate about building products with automation on AWS and On-prem, data with emerging technologies. Support the building of foundational frontend and backend applications on AWS. Manage agile teams and provide leadership with technical guidance with deliveries.

  • Lead the direction of the technology team, creating and executing strategic roadmaps, application development and creating and maintaining robust support models for their products and services.
  • Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies • Partners with Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Information Management and the Enterprise Project Management Office enabling the business to execute both long-range and near-term goals and objectives.
  • Develops, maintains and enforces compliance with all CoBank's policy directives, application development and maintenance standards, procedures and methods.
  • Assists in the development and release of key software application modifications and enhancements.
  • 6 years years of experience in front end and back end development required
  • 3 years of supervisory/management experience required
  • 3 years experience with React, Typescript and Node, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud required
  • Prior Experience designing and implementing of AI/ML-powered features to enhance automation, decision-making, and customer experience in agricultural finance applications, using tools such as Amazon SageMaker, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn preferred
  • Prior Experience productionizing ML models, integrating them into full-stack applications with scalable APIs and real-time inference pipelines preferred
  • Prior Experience leveraging generative AI to improve customer-facing tools, such as chatbots, document automation, and intelligent search capabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of programming languages like React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, Open Source databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services
