Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive RF characterization and test plans for advanced consumer electronics
- Develop automated test systems integrating signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power amplifiers
- Perform electromagnetic (EM) and RF circuit simulations to analyze and optimize characterization platforms
- Conduct precise antenna measurements and collect RF parametric data supporting product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple wireless technologies including cellular, GPS, WiFi, and NFC
- Create and maintain robust automation frameworks for executing complex RF testing sequences
Requirements
- Proven experience in RF engineering with demonstrated hardware design expertise
- Strong knowledge of wireless technology integration (cellular, GPS, WiFi, NFC) in consumer products
- Proficiency with electromagnetic/circuit simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or Cadence
- Hands-on experience with RF lab instrumentation and advanced measurement techniques
- Programming skills in C/C++, Python, or shell scripting for test automation development
- Excellent communication abilities with capacity to work effectively in fast-paced collaborative environments
- Location: 100% onsite position in Cupertino, CA for a 6+ month engagement with possibility of extension

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $145,000 - $168,000.
