We are looking for a Growth Strategist to advance our strategic direction and growth priorities for EPAM Continuum. As a strategy practitioner, you will partner with business leads, corporate marketing and subject matter experts to connect market strategy, offering development, analyst influence and thought leadership into an integrated growth agenda.

This role goes beyond program management to actively shape and sell consulting offerings. You will test strategic logic, strengthen practitioner content and translate complex transformation work into credible market narratives and growth actions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the direction set by leadership into strategic priorities, initiative briefs, investment cases and an integrated roadmap
  • Partner with business leads to connect individual priorities to the broader agenda, identify gaps and move work from ambition to measurable outcomes
  • Shape a coherent and differentiated portfolio story by leading the strategic evolution of website and external narratives
  • Serve as the primary strategic interface to corporate marketing teams to ensure client value and differentiation are clearly expressed
  • Contribute to wave prioritization and lead the strategic substance of analyst submissions and briefings
  • Translate analyst feedback and practitioner inputs into actionable recommendations for portfolio, positioning and capability evolution
  • Build a thought leadership engine by identifying key themes where we can lead and acting as a strategic reviewer and contributor
  • Turn practitioner expertise, client outcomes and intellectual property into differentiated perspectives activated through market channels

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a strategy practitioner in management consulting, business transformation, offering development, innovation or business design
  • Hands-on background shaping consulting offerings, client value propositions and executive transformation narratives rather than simply promoting them
  • Deep understanding of how consulting services are differentiated, sold and delivered
  • Capacity to quickly understand complex work, constructively challenge assumptions, synthesize diverse inputs and produce strong strategic content
  • Executive-level writing, storytelling, stakeholder influence, analyst engagement and thought leadership expertise
  • Strong orchestration capabilities to guide diverse stakeholder groups toward intended outcomes and strategic choices
  • Proven ability to bring an informed market perspective to connect interdependent work and surface critical trade-offs

Engineer the Future with a Career at EPAM

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $110,000 - $220,000.
