The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1) is responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution. Their primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1) focuses on first-line support for standard and low complexity incidents and service requests. This role focusses across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration etc.

This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

Working at NTT

Au sein d’une équipe multi client délivrant plusieurs types de services vous serez amené à travailler aussi bien sur le périmètre Support & Maintenance que sur l’exploitation des solutions de nos clients Managed Services.

Résolution d’incidents sur le périmètre Support & Maintenance :

  • Vous traitez les tickets ouverts par les équipes techniques de nos clients
  • Vous êtes responsable du diagnostic et de la résolution des pannes (Bug, Hardware, Changement de configuration, Licences…)
  • Vous ouvrez et suivez des incidents auprès de nos constructeurs partenaires
  • Vous intervenez régulièrement dans les locaux de nos clients
  • Vous travaillez en collaboration étroite avec des collègues ingénieur réseau et sécurité niveau 2 dans les situations qui le nécessites.
  • Vous travaillez en coordination étroite avec les centres de services NTT en Europe et dans le monde.

Exploitation des infrastructures de nos clients Managed Services :

  • Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des événements de supervision (analyse, qualification, résolution, dispatching…)
  • Vous aidez les utilisateurs finaux en solutionnant les incidents de Niveau 1
  • Vous assurez le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des solutions
  • Vous réalisez les implémentations des « Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes »
  • Vous participez à la configuration d’équipements
  • Vous réalisez ponctuellement des changements en heures non ouvrées

Idéalement issu d'un cursus Bac +2/3, vous possédez une expérience sur des missions d’exploitation ou de support informatique.

Des connaissances sur des technologies partenaires (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto,HP, Checkpoint, Riverbed, F5 …) sont nécéssaires.


Vous avez une bonne connaissance des systèmes d’information en environnement techniques et une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solutions.

Vous êtes motivé(e) pour travailler en équipe au sein d'environnements techniques riches et complexes.

La pratique de l’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste en relation directe avec nos centres de Support dans le monde et nos partenaires technologiques internationaux.
