Working at NTT
Zukünftige Aufgaben:
- Du arbeitest bei der Installation von VoIP-Systemen bei unseren Kunden mit
- In Deiner Position bist du auch für die Konfiguration der VoIP-Systeme in einer der spannendsten Netzwerkumgebungen unseres Kunden verantwortlich
- Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen in unserem Ticketsystem
- Als Engineer bist Du verantwortlich für Testung und Troubleshooting (remote und on-site – bzw. auch für Rufbereitschaften) und führst Dokumentationen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen & externen Partnern zusammen
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam im Team Kundenlösungen weiter
Dein Profil:
- Starkes Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung (auch selbstständiges Lernen und Aneignen von Wissen)
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (IT oder IT-nah)
- Allgemeine Kenntnisse der Betriebssysteme Microsoft und Linux
- Erfahrung im Bereich technischer Support, Telefonie (VoIP) und Netzwerk von Vorteil
- Belastbarkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Serviceorientierung
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Persönliches Interesse an IT
- Führerschein B
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
