In my entire professional life I have interviewed thousands of candidates or future entrepreneurs from different countries.
In this session I am happy to share some of these lessons learnt and my personal journey towards entrepreneurship.
After this session you will be inspired and learn how to use your own strengths & own story. You are unique and I help you to identify your key career elements to become an entrepreneur.
Furthermore you will learn how to take advantage of today's market niches versus your own niches.
Finally we will talk about "linking opportunities": Your network needs.
I love to be in touch and connect foreign talent & entrepreneurs with the German Market.
Bio
Fernanda has more than 20 years of professional experience in multinational and governmental organizations.She has led projects and people in areas such as post-merger integration and investment and export promotion.
She decided to create her company many years ago and since then she has helped companies (transnational and SMEs) to grow & bloom internationally through digital recruitment of international talent.
Last but not least she has created the initiative"International Talent Forum": a platform committed to improve and develop the professional opportunities of international talent in local cities.
She holds a BA in International Business from ITESM in Mexico with a Diploma in European Affairs from CERAM Business School in France, and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Freiburg in Germany, where she was a DAAD scholar for her studies abroad in South Africa and India.
