Bio: Fernanda Alvarez
Fernanda has more than 20 years of professional experience in multinational and governmental organizations.
She has led projects and people in areas such as post-merger integration and investment and export promotion.
She decided to create her company many years ago and since then she has helped companies (transnational and SMEs) to grow & bloom internationally through digital recruitment of international talent.
Last but not least she has created the initiative"International Talent Forum": a platform committed to improve and develop the professional opportunities of international talent in local cities.
She holds a BA in International Business from ITESM in Mexico with a Diploma in European Affairs from CERAM Business School in France, and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Freiburg in Germany, where she was a DAAD scholar for her studies abroad in South Africa and India.
