We are currently in an era where we have an amalgam of generations seeking for a safe space to belong in as their authentic selves. As diversity & inclusion becomes a trending topic, we must each take ownership to move it from being a market trend to making it an integral effort to making it a crucial pillar in how we build communities of belonging. Without acceptance, there can never be a space pf belonging, inclusion, or diversity.
I will be sharing on how equity of acceptance increases retention, creativity, empowerment, productivity, morale, and growth of any community of practise ( workplace, home, nation etc). We have misunderstood the whole concept of D&I in our organisations. I will be sharing what acceptance looks like from the planes of "I", "Us", "You", and "They”. We are all owners of making equity possible in an ever so diverse global world we live in.
