Session: Changing The Narrative of "Future of Work" to "The NOW of Work"
Most of us romanticize about the concept of " Future of Work" without wanting to realise that the future can only become possible when we focus on the now and take action in the now. The pandemic has made the invisible visible in many nuanced levels of what it means to be a human and how our people show up the way they are. It is time to remove our blinders and check our blind spots as leaders to embrace the invisible struggles of our people and change the narrative of " Future of Work" that covertly harbours "culture fit" and stagnation.
We have been programmed to do everything in the future and plan for the future, and make diversity only possible for the future. It is time to Rethink Culture and what leadership must become to make the our people's lives enabled - Heartship, The NOW of leadership and Us.

Mila has spent over 20 years in researching and learning the evolving culture of people and organizational behaviour around the world. This immersion has allowed her to continuously help others create a culture of evolution that integrates diversity holistically. In addition, her career includes her contribution as an Engineer, TPM for fortune 500 companies and as an educator which then led her to becoming the Founder of her own company - Chief of Hearts, a culture science company.
