Shreya Prasad is a technical marketing professional with over fifteen years experience in multiple industry segments. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher- Yoga Alliance, and a Certified Yin Yoga Teacher- Yoga International. She offers free yin yoga classes aimed at chronic pain and stress management.
