Right from the school days, I was given opportunities to lead at different levels. Example- Prefectorial board, class monitor. In my undergrad days, I led different positions in Model United Nations (MUN) Conference, both as a participant (i.e. an attending delegate) and as an Executive Board Member (i.e. judging committees). Later, I led a National Level Conference as a Secretary General. It was conducted on the lines of MUN but with a focus on energy, climate and other environmental issues.

Such kinds of initiatives have not only broadened the mindset through active research and exploration but also given a platform to build network, learn from others, boost confidence and deliver impact, thereby becoming the voice at a larger level!
