The Renewals team is a culmination of individuals who are passionate about customer loyalty. They are committed to bringing the right people together with the intention of securing and growing our revenue. 

As a Customer Success Representative for Renewals, you will work with a specific group of customers to sustain and grow renewal rates. You'll establish deep, strategic relationships with a particular focus on retention and finding new opportunities for upsell.

 Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew contracts on time. Resolving customer issues and problems. Effectively managing your time will be the key to our mutual success. Mitigate the risk of churn and downgrades.
What you'll do
  • Build positive relationships with customer decision makers and end users to negotiate, finalize and establish renewal quotes
  • Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization such as sales, operations, customer solutions and legal to advocate for the customer. Working together to resolve any issues
  • Accountable for maintaining an accurate customer master record such as buying programs, contract renewal dates, customer contact information and customer sentiment
  • Uncover and identify accounts at risk and work to develop a strategic plan to mitigate uncertainty and drive customer satisfaction
  • Recognize industry trends to help develop relevant programs to improve New Relic customer retention
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external collaborators
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to advise strategy and decision-making
This role requires
  • 1+ years experience in sales, renewing contracts or customer success
  • English or language skills for GEO 
  • Hybrid working experience
    Bonus points if you have
    • Experience or understanding of DevOps
    • Experience of consumption-based selling 
    • Experience of sales methodology
