Speakers
Suzanne Frush
Senior Product Manager at Braze
Suzanne Frush is a Senior Product Manager at Braze, where she leads the team behind the platform's WhatsApp, Line, KakaoTalk, and Audience Sync channels — building the messaging infrastructure that powers how leading brands connect with their customers. She believes in solving real-world problems by centering curiosity in every process: that understanding is the first step to anything, and that can only be achieved with open eyes. With a career spanning hospitality tech, edtech, and customer engagement, Suzanne brings a builder's mindset and a community-first approach to getting things done, well.
Inge Konther
AVP of Customer Engagement at Sotheby’s
Inge Konther is AVP of Customer Engagement at Sotheby’s, where she leads lifecycle and CRM strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and a global direct mail program, building customer journeys that feel relevant rather than transactional. She’s spent nearly three years translating the nuance of the auction world into always-on marketing that reflects how clients engage with a brand they love. Before Sotheby’s, Inge built her CRM career across Stadium Goods, ASOS, and L’Oréal; bringing the same data-driven instincts to very different audiences. She’s a certified Braze practitioner who thinks great lifecycle marketing is as much about judgment as it is about data.
Del Patara
VP, Global Head of Business Development at Braze
Del Patara has been leading New Business strategies at Braze for 6 years, building global practices pre-IPO, and scaling them to deliver the 24% YoY revenue growth Braze posted in 2026. She is a GTM leader with 15+ years specialising in New Business revenue growth and business transformation. She builds diverse, high performing teams and prioritises a thoughtful relationship between team and technology, to solve complex business challenges. Prior to Braze, Del was Head of Sales & Partnerships at B2B e-com & logistics SaaS start-up Doddle, which went on to be acquired by Blue Yonder. She enjoys football, literature and being outdoors.
