The EDA Group is focused on solving the semiconductor design industry’s high-value problems, including the march to angstroms, multi-die system integration, rapid node migration, right-first-time silicon, and reliability. We're looking for R&D Engineer (Tr-level Static Timing Analysis) to join our team!


About The Job
In this role, You will be part of a NanoTime R&D team developing Transistor level Static Timing Analysis. We are looking for an engineer with theoretical knowledge and practical experience to contribute to the team.


Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing or debugging NanoTime.
- Deploy NanoTime validation solution on customer designs.


Good to have
- BSEE/MSEE degree with 5~15 years of experience in timing sign-off, custom digital design, and cell design/characterization.
- Experience with memory design (DRAM or SRAM)
- Familiar with computing algorithms.  Working knowledge of programming languages C/C++.
- Solid understanding of timing, statistical analysis, and front-end/back-end semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as PrimeTime, PrimeShield, PrimeClosure(ECO), PrimePower, PrimeLib and Library Compiler.
- Familiarity with Spice tools like Hspice, FineSim, CustomSim, Eldo, and Spectre.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Unix Shell, Perl, and TCL.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently on technical problem-solving.
