The Women in Tech ERG & Corporate Initiative of the Year Award honors the outstanding efforts of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and corporate initiatives that have made a significant impact in advancing the representation, growth, and success of women in the tech industry.

This award is all about acknowledging the initiatives that are breaking barriers, fostering mentorship, and creating opportunities for women in tech.

Applications will be evaluated by an esteemed panel of tech industry leaders, diversity and inclusion advocates, and HR professionals. Winners will be chosen based on the impact, innovation, and effectiveness of their programs in supporting women in tech.
