Yes! lower risk appetite and the ability to listen to opinions can help in more inspired cyber decisions in the long term ... if the woman is a team manager.
In Europe, women are allowed to have their points of view, but they weigh men's ideas more. We, the women, need a history of good ideas to gain more trust from the team/managers.

I think this also comes from the fact that we have more structured ideas, and the cyber context is dynamic, spontaneous and surprising. So it involves similar reactions.

As a psychologist, I always think that the attacks are mostly carried out by a male mindset.
That's why I always try to learn from my male colleagues.
