She Code Africa Mentorship Program — Cycle 4
Mentoring is an experience where what you get is much more than what you give. Wrapping up Cycle 4 of the She Code Africa Mentorship Program as a Product Management mentor has been an incredibly rewarding journey for me.
Over three weeks, I had the privilege of working with six amazing ladies from all over Africa, including Nigeria, Tanzania, and Kenya, who came from different professional backgrounds, and had their own views and goals about advancing in product management.
To Ogheneyoma Agbaye, Fiona Mwansumbule, Sofiat Oyindamola Bankole, Daberechi Ezeadu, Immaculate Kimani, and Elizabeth Richard, thank you for your unwavering attendance each week , and asking all the tough questions that grew in ways that will stay with me. It was an honor to be part of your journey. 🙌
To She Code Africa, thank you for building a program that creates real, structured pathways for women in tech across the continent.

The She Code Africa Mentorship Program reaffirmed something I believe strongly, when women are given structured guidance and a safe space to grow, they don't just learn product management. They begin to think like product leaders.
