Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Solutions Engineering team to support Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) products. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in RTL2GDS/Place & Route and has either supported Customers or willing to. Will also be responsible for managing the customer relationships, providing feed-back/specs to improve the product.

The SLM team is very dynamic and provides an endless list of complex challenges that will require excellent problem-solving abilities and a winning mindset.  The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a world-class team of engineers responsible for delivering high-end HW solutions in the SLM space.

Key Qualifications:

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with 3+ years in developing and supporting advanced design implementation methodologies
  Develop Synopsys Silicon Lifecycle Management tool flows, methodologies, and automation for PnR/Signoff implementation without impacting PPA 
• Requires the ability to understand and explain relevant technical issues, and thorough knowledge of RTL2GDS flows and methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with Synopsys and /or 3rd party tools including RTL/Physical Synthesis, Place & Route and Signoff products
• Excellent cross-functional team interface, planning and verbal and written presentation/communication skills required
• Drive various cross functional teams to productize various Silicon Lifecyle management tool flows and technologies are essential for success in the position
• Strong scripting and algorithm development skills are required for this position
