Network Engineer, Sr I

Responsibilities 
Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for Network & Unified Communication infrastructure during India/APAC time zone, configure and manage support activities of AV, VC, SIP/SCCP unity with call manager, Live Streaming, Telecom equipment’s, LAN/WAN/MPLS Networks, hands on ServiceNow ticketing tool, Troubleshooting & manage Zoom phones & Zoom conferencing solutions, manage Cisco Unified Communications domain including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco MGCP/H.323/SIP-Gateways., configuring profiles for soft phones & poly devices. Monitoring call quality dashboard for usage reports to analyze the structure and the quality of a Zoom call in day-to-day communication by users or groups. Procurement knowledge of standard UC & AV equipment & local telecom regulations is an added advantage. 

Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects related to UC & Zoom. May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about 
basic and specialized applications. 

Requires strong inter-personal and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and solve problems independently. Able to interact with all levels of management and people with different styles. Able to work in a high pressure and ever-changing environment. 

Requirements: 
Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Follows standard practices and specific, outlined, and detailed procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds routine working relationships internally.
