Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Who is it for?

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Currently serving as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), or equivalent C-level technology executive.
Demonstrated outstanding leadership in engineering roadmap execution, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy management.
Created significant, measurable business or societal impact through innovative technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
Active commitment to fostering diverse, inclusive, and collaborative software engineering or IT work cultures.
