1. Nominations Open (Active)
Complete the online nomination form. Self-nominations and organizational nominations are welcome.
2. Jury Evaluation
An independent jury of diversity and tech leaders reviews submissions based on employer policies, representation metrics, and measurable impact on women's careers.
3. Finalists Shortlist
Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Organization has established measurable programs and policies dedicated to recruiting, advancing, and retaining women in technology and AI roles.
Demonstrated commitment to pay equity, transparent promotion pathways, and leadership development opportunities specifically for women in technical positions.
Evidence of supportive workplace benefits such as flexible work arrangements, parental leave, return-to-work programs, and mentorship or sponsorship initiatives.
Proven track record of increasing female representation in engineering, data science, AI, and other technical departments with quantifiable results.
