Nataliya Spasova - Team Lead, Systems Management Center / The Coca-Cola Company
I started my ‘grown-up’ career in the Banking sector – from Call Center operator to running a dedicated Private Banking and Premium Banking call centres and then advancing my career as a 180-degreeProject Manager and Product Owner of the Personal Loans department first in Raiffeisenbank and then in the Bank of Moscow. After that, my personal and professional life took a 180 degree turn and I actually moved to Bulgaria (followed my husband) and decided to start it all over, learned the language and took a Service Desk Administration job in one of the big companies on the Bulgarian market that offer outsource IT services to other big companies. My career there advanced pretty quickly as well, within 1 year I was promoted to lead the SDA team and then I was invited to work on a project with a new client – Microsoft – leading Critical Management and Escalations Team and that experience opened another opportunity for me – to work for the best company I have ever worked for – The Coca-Cola Company where I have been working since 2019 leading Major Incident and Problem Management team that is known under the name Systems Management Center internally. The team has taken over the outsourced for long years of service that needed to be fixed and is successfully operating ever since.
