With 21 years of leadership across Fortune 500 organizations, Big 5 consulting, and California state government, she has led large-scale digital transformation, directed $100M+ IT portfolios, and overseen $1B+ in public-sector contracts and procurements. She has served as Interim/Acting CIO within the California Department of Social Services and built enterprise governance, PMO, and Agile delivery frameworks to scale execution and outcomes.
As a certified coach trained by leading global coaching and mindfulness educators, Prerna integrates strategy with mindfulness to help leaders grow with clarity, resilience, and purpose, advocating for inclusive leadership and mental health at work. Through community leadership and the Meeraan Foundation, she also advances family-driven service and well-being.
