OPC Applications Engineering, Staff Engineer

Job Description:

• Major tasks: Support advance photolithography process Mask Synthesis tools script & modeling development as well as implementations (e.g., OPC recipe and model, AF, Verification, etc.)
• Responsible for providing customers technical supports and consultant services through projects collaboration.
• Regular and proactive contacts with external customers to intensive services of technical supports as well as deliver customer specific trainings.
• Collaborate with external customers on doing projects for customers' technical success and publishing papers for technical conferences/industry publication.
• Interact with internal global contacts (e.g., software R&D, product development team) closely to achieve technical goals.

Requirements:

• Good scripting capability with Python, tcl or other high-level languages and proficiency with Linux operation.
• MS degree with 3~ years of relevant experiences of OPC, lithography rule check, patterning applications or fab lithography process.
• Japanese language skill for technical discussion / communication with Japanese customers.
• Excellent teamwork, honest and effective communication skills, and inter-personal relationship handling.
• Rich collaboration experience with team to achieve goals.
