Motivation to Speak
Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 150,000 women in tech, minorities, and allies?
Absolutely! I'm truly honoured to be part of this powerful community. This community represents a bold, inclusive future I want to help build. I believe that when women, minorities and neurodiverse voices come together, we don’t just fill seats, we have the power to shift paradigms. I’m here because I believe in the extraordinary potential of this community to lead change, challenge systems and create workplaces that truly reflect the world we live in.
Background and Inspiration
Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction.
I am not really a “Women in Tech”, but have always been driven by a strong desire to contribute meaningfully and create a positive impact. That’s why my journey has centred around people—trying to understand them, support them and walk alongside them as they navigate change. As EY’s Global Consulting Talent Leader, I’ve seen how technology transforms industries, but it’s our people who truly drive progress. I was drawn to this space to ensure that as we digitise, innovate and evolve, we don’t leave anyone behind. Tech is not just about systems—it’s about humanity, potential, and purpose.
Why is the topic “Breaking Barriers - Embracing Neurodiversity and Women in Tech for a Thriving Future Workforce” important to you?
This topic is personal. I’ve worked closely with individuals who experience the world differently—brilliant minds who are often overlooked or misunderstood. We must move beyond inclusion as a buzzword and towards building systems that honour all ways of thinking. Especially for women who are neurodivergent, the barriers are often invisible but the value they bring is profound. It’s time we listen, learn and lead organisations differently.
Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?
If you care about the future of work, you should be here. Whether you're a student, leader, innovator or ally. This conference is for anyone ready to challenge the status quo and reimagine what’s possible. You’ll leave not only inspired but also equipped with fresh perspectives, greater empathy and a sense of connection to a community dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and equitable tech landscape.
