CMU_WomenTech Network Partnership Renewal

WomenTech Network is proud to announce the renewal of its annual partnership with Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. The collaboration will facilitate the development of impactful initiatives, programs, and events that promote gender equality and provide students with the necessary tools and knowledge to upskill and thrive in the technology sector.

Throughout this partnership, WomenTech Network will actively promote the Master of Science in Product Management (MSPM) program at Carnegie Mellon School of Computer Science and Tepper School of Business, which offers a one-year curriculum to launch careers in product management. With a focus on design, tech, and business leadership skills, the MSPM program equips students for success in the field. Graduates can secure roles like Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager across various industries. The program is both suitable for individuals with technical backgrounds and for those from other disciplines.

Reflecting on the success of previous year, Brad Eiben, Executive Director of the Master of Science in Product Management program, stated, "We are delighted to continue our partnership with WomenTech Network. Many members of their community have found a welcoming and supportive environment at Carnegie Mellon, and we look forward to furthering this relationship to help more aspiring leaders advance in their tech careers."

The renewed partnership will launch on June 13th with a virtual AMA (Ask Me Anything) session featuring current students from Carnegie Mellon's Master of Science in Product Management (MSPM) program.

This event is an excellent opportunity for attendees to gain insights on how to break into Product Management, learn about the experiences of being enrolled in the MSPM program, and receive tips on successfully applying. We encourage everyone interested in a career in Product Management to join and take advantage of this valuable resource.

Following this, a second virtual AMA event will be held on July 11th, featuring alumni of the MSPM program. During this session, graduates will share how the program has helped them develop their careers, providing firsthand accounts of the benefits and opportunities that come with completing the MSPM. Both events are designed to offer valuable guidance and inspiration for everyone who aims to advance in the tech industry. Register here to receive more information and secure an invitation for the event.

Anna Radulovski, CEO and Founder of WomenTech Network, also expressed her enthusiasm for the renewed partnership: "Our collaboration with Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business has been incredibly impactful. The insights and opportunities provided by their Master of Science in Product Management program have been invaluable to our members. We are excited to continue this journey together and to empower more women to excel in the tech industry."

The continued collaboration between Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business and WomenTech Network underscores a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of gender equality in technology. Both organizations are excited to build on their successful track record and to create even more opportunities for individuals to thrive in the tech sector.
