    From London and Berlin to Bucharest, Kraków, Barcelona, New York, Seattle, and beyond, our Local In-Person Events, hybrid events and watch parties created powerful microcosms of the global WomenTech movement. This year, over 1343 professionals connected across cities, each contributing their unique perspectives and enthusiasm to the vibrant energy of the global event.

    Participants experienced thought-provoking panels, local keynotes, and empowering networking sessions—all tailored to the needs of their regional communities while staying aligned with the global mission of advancing women in tech.

    New York: Chief in Tech Dinner

    In the vibrant core of New York City, the Chief in Tech Dinner 2025 stood out as a premier gathering of executive excellence. Designed exclusively for senior leaders, the evening provided a rare and refined space for VPs, C-level executives, and top decision-makers from some of the most influential tech companies to connect beyond the boardroom.

    This exclusive gathering reflected the core ethos of the WomenTech Network: empowering women at all levels, especially where decisions are made and legacies are forged. The Chief in Tech Dinner wasn’t just a side event—it was a catalyst for high-impact networking and a testament to the power of intentional community among women leaders.


    Women in Tech London:

    Set against the striking backdrop of Camden Goods Yard by St George, this year’s “Career Journeys: A Personal Story” session offered a deeply moving and empowering experience. As part of the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025, the event gathered attendees in an intimate and welcoming space to hear firsthand accounts of resilience, growth, and transformation in the tech industry.

    As part of the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025, the city of Kraków played host to a vibrant local event titled “Pathway to Tech: Stories, Insights, and Connections,” hosted by Relativity and WomenTech Network. Designed to inspire and inform, the session brought together aspiring tech professionals and experienced leaders for an afternoon of learning, empowerment, and community building.

    The event kicked off with welcoming remarks from both WomenTech Network and Relativity, setting the tone for an afternoon dedicated to honest storytelling and actionable insights. A standout lightning talk on career ownership reminded attendees that the path to success in tech is not one-size-fits-all—it’s shaped by decisions, resilience, and the willingness to grow through uncertainty.

    Women in Tech Bucharest:

    At the cutting edge of digital transformation, Lucanet partnered with WomenTech Network to host a timely and thought-provoking networking event during the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025. Centered on the theme of “Agentic AI,” the session invited professionals to explore how AI is not just revolutionizing technology—but also reshaping how we work, lead, and connect.

    Set in an engaging and open format, the event featured a dynamic panel that delved into the dual perspectives of product development and organizational culture. Panelists from Lucanet offered a behind-the-scenes look at their own AI tools, showcasing how these innovations are enhancing productivity and supporting better decision-making across teams.

    Women in Tech Network partnered with Amazon to host a powerful and personal evening event—“Insight into Women’s Journeys in Big Tech.” As part of the Women in Tech Global Conference 2025, the gathering brought together students, professionals, and industry leaders for an evening filled with connection, storytelling, and community-building.

    Set within Amazon’s vibrant Seattle space, the event featured engaging talks from women at various stages of their tech careers—each sharing not just their job titles, but the real journeys behind them. From early-career pivots and mid-level breakthroughs to leadership lessons hard-earned, the speakers opened up about their personal challenges, professional wins, and the turning points that have defined their paths.

    Women in Tech Berlin: 

    In a warm and inviting corner of Berlin, the WomenTech Network teamed up with DocMorris to host a unique and enriching evening event: “Tech She Talks – Pizza She Eats.” Blending tech talk with table talk, this cozy dinner gathering offered female tech professionals a space to connect, share, and envision the future—over great conversation.

    The evening began with welcome drinks and informal networking, creating a relaxed atmosphere where attendees could meet and mingle before diving into deeper discussions. The highlight of the night came with a tech talk by Anastasia Klepikova, Head of Product Design at DocMorris, who delivered thoughtful insights into designing technology that makes a difference in people’s lives—especially in healthcare.
