With over 25 years of experience as a global technology leader, Monique Morrow has established a proven track record of success in driving business growth and innovation through emerging technologies.
She holds several industry advisory positions and most recently Venture Partner Sparklabs Accelerator for Cybersecurity and Blockchain, Wash D.C. Monique is also an Independent Director on the Hedera Hashgraph Board of Directors where she focuses on articulating Hedera enterprise value for the telecommunications industry. Monique's expertise is in cybersecurity, privacy, mobile payments, ethics in extended reality and distributed ledger technologies, for example, blockchain.
She has worked across the industry including AMD, Ascom Hasler, Swisscom and Cisco, and has been active in the start-up community.
Finally, Monique is President and Co-Founder of the Humanized Internet a Swiss-based non-profit with a focus on digital identity, and ethics in technology. Monique is an IEEE Senior Member.

Tendü Yoğurtçu, Ph.D. is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Precisely, where she leads the company’s technology strategy and product innovation. Previously, she served as General Manager of Big Data at Syncsort, leading its global data integration software business. She brings over 25 years of software industry leadership, with deep expertise in AI, big data, and cloud. She has also taught Computer Science at Stevens Institute of Technology.
A dedicated advocate for diversity and STEM education for women, Yoğurtçu has earned wide industry acclaim for her leadership and innovation. She was recognized by WomenTech as one of the “Top 100 Chief Tech Leaders to Watch in 2025,” named CTO of the Year at the Women in IT Awards, honored among the “Top 50 Women Leaders in Technology for 2024” by Women We Admire, and she received the Outstanding Executive in Technology award from Advancing Women in Technology.
Dr. Yoğurtçu is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, serves as an AI Council Advisor for Firstboard.io, and leads the AI Group for the TÜSİAD New York Network. She serves on advisory boards for the Drexel LeBow Center for Applied AI and Business Analytics, Stevens Institute of Technology’s School of Engineering and Science, and VCs.
She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul.
