As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
I am deeply honored by this recognition. To me, the award is not only a personal milestone, but also a testament to the extraordinary teams and communities I’ve had the privilege to learn from and build with. Throughout my journey, I’ve been lifted by generous mentors and sponsors. I’m very thankful for the women who paved the way and the male allies who advocated for inclusive progress. Their belief opened doors and gave me the courage to take on bigger challenges and lead with purpose. This honor reflects the collective impact of that support: the projects we’ve delivered, the diverse talent we’ve nurtured, and the allyship that makes our industry more inclusive. It also comes with responsibility, and I’m committed to paying this forward.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding part of working in tech is the speed of change and being at the forefront of constant innovation. I’m inspired by the chance to build diverse teams and the privilege of collaborating with people who bring unique perspectives. Mentors and role models have guided me to stay true to my passion, and their support has empowered me to grow, lead, and help others.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
One defining moment in my career was being entrusted to lead a multi-national program of over 300 people; a challenge bigger than anything I’d faced before. Stepping into a role typically reserved for partners, I learned to trust my team and those who believed in my leadership. The success of that program led to my promotion to partner in just six months.

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
