As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
It’s truly an honor to be named a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner. This recognition reflects not only my efforts, but the collective strength, dedication, and spirit of the community I’m proud to be part of. I’m excited to celebrate alongside six outstanding EY colleagues who were also honored this year in their respective categories. This acknowledgment highlights the transformative work I’m grateful to contribute to every day. Through the EY Partner Ecosystem — now more than 100 alliances strong — we’re helping organizations innovate, scale, and navigate complex challenges with greater confidence. Knowing that my work plays a role in creating real, technology-driven impact makes this recognition especially meaningful.
Most of all, this award reinforces my commitment to supporting and opening doors for more women in technology, and to leading with collaboration, inclusiveness, and a focus on creating long-term value for our clients and communities.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding part of working in the tech industry is having the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation — because today, there is no transformation without the power of technology. Playing a role in helping organizations tackle complex challenges and create long-term value through innovation is what motivates me, and it has been a defining thread throughout my career.
While technology evolves at a rapid pace, what also makes it truly energizing is working in an environment built on collaboration. It’s the teams that brainstorm, problem-solve, and challenge one another that transform ideas into real impact. Collaboration has been a driving force in my career, helping me grow and innovate. It’s this shared effort and collective energy that make a career in tech both exciting and fulfilling.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
This award is a defining moment for me and is impactful beyond words. I feel so privileged. Every day, I have the opportunity to support our clients in leveraging the power of technology to drive meaningful transformation. I have the honor of working with some of the most innovative companies on this planet, above and beyond EY.
Perhaps the cherry on top came when I was able to help coach my own son’s technology start-up! Or when I have the honor of seeing more women join the ranks of top leaders in the firm (many whom I have either sponsored or hired) – just look at the talented winners around me. Seeing these women progress and be recognized for their accomplishments is a joy.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
One of the most valuable pieces of advice I would offer to women aspiring to a career in tech is to embrace a mindset of continuous learning. Technology is constantly evolving, and the ability to adapt, stay curious, and expand your skills is essential—no one is ever too senior to learn something new. Approaching challenges with an open mind and a willingness to grow not only strengthens your technical expertise but also enhances your ability to lead and innovate.
I also encourage women to actively cultivate strong networks and communities, such as Women in Tech. Mentorship is a powerful tool that can open doors and provide guidance. By embracing continuous learning, supporting others, and leaning boldly into new challenges, women can build impactful, fulfilling careers while driving the broader advancement of the tech industry.
Who would you recommend to join the WomenTech Network, and why?
I would recommend women and allies who are driving transformative impact through technology, collaboration, and leadership to join the WomenTech Network. I am excited to be part of this community and to connect with inspiring people who are using technology to make a real difference.
This network brings together women and allies tackling complex challenges like sustainability, digital inclusion, and enterprise transformation. It gives leaders the opportunity to grow, share ideas, and amplify the impact of their work across industries and around the world.
