As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
Winning the Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 is an incredible honor that reflects a journey built on purposeful innovation and inclusive leadership. It represents the impact of driving transformation at scale. This includes the launch of platforms like EY.ai and solutions such as EYQ, which empower 400,000 professionals and more than 60,000 clients globally, and champion responsible AI adoption and accessibility through initiatives such as the EY.ai Sign Language Translator. The recognition strengthens my commitment to act as a catalyst for transformation, my goal is to create meaningful change by combining ethics and empathy, with cutting-edge technology to deliver lasting impact.

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
For me, it’s the ability to create solutions that truly transform lives and businesses at scale. Technology is about more than innovation; it is about solving complex problems, enabling inclusivity, and unlocking new possibilities for people everywhere. Seeing ideas evolve into impactful solutions that empower people globally has been deeply fulfilling. This purpose has shaped my career path and my focus on innovation that matters. It has reinforced my commitment to lead with ethics and empathy, my goal is that every advancement reflects the values of responsible and human-centric technology.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
While my career spans 28 years and countless transformative programs both internally and with clients, one defining moment that stands out is the decision to embrace technology leadership. Moving from people and organizational change into a role that drives global technology innovation was a leap into uncharted territory. It allowed me to combine my passion for business transformation with technology, and that choice became the foundation for everything that followed. It is the most rewarding risk I have ever taken.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
My advice is to embrace continuous learning and take bold risks. Technology evolves rapidly, so stay curious and invest in upskilling, in both emerging areas such as AI or in leadership capabilities. Do not wait to feel completely ready before stepping into new roles. We know that growth often comes from challenges that stretch you.
Equally important is building a strong network and seeking mentors who can guide and advocate for you. Surround yourself with diverse perspectives and share your voice with confidence because your ideas matter. Above all, lead with purpose and empathy. Technology is about creating solutions that make a difference. When your work aligns with values and impact, success follows.
