    Reflecting on your recognition as a Women in Tech Global Awards 2023 winner, could you describe your journey to this achievement in your specific award category? What does this recognition signify for you personally and professionally, and how does it encapsulate your contributions to the tech industry? 

    My journey to where I am today in the industry is a reflection of my passion, perseverance and commitment to innovation. This recognition signifies and highlights my contributions in the industry and I'm grateful for that. I’m excited about leveraging this platform to inspire and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech community. 

    Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects

    In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path? 

    What I have found is the most rewarding aspect of working in tech is working in an industry that is forever solving problems and creating new things. It's a field that's always changing, and being part of that, coming up with solutions, and seeing the impact is what I love. Learning new things all the time keeps me excited and helps me grow in my career. 

    My Tech Career Milestone

    Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

    A key achievement for me was publishing my first book. I have always wanted to teach on a large scale and publishing that book set me up for a lot of recognition and it also made me learn more about the cloud in the process and that has been really amazing and good for me. 

    Empowering Women in Tech: Career Advice and Tips

    From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring women in tech to establish a successful career?

    Be consistent and dedicated. Also networking. For networking tips I would say attend online and offline events, create value and constantly put yourself out there so you can attract the best people to yourself. And when you successfully network and build professional relationships, be sure to maintain them.
