    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference, and what motivated you to join our community of 200,000 women in tech and allies?

Absolutely. I’m thrilled to be part of a global movement of 150,000 women, minorities, and allies shaping the future of tech.I would be deeply honored and genuinely excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference.

Across my 34+ years in the technology industry — including my current role as a Solutioning Leader at IBM — I have witnessed the evolution of technology, leadership, and inclusion. But what continues to inspire me most is the power of community, where ambition is supported, vulnerability is safe, and leadership is redefined on our own terms.

    2. Share with us your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction.

My journey spans over three decades in the IT industry -  from hands-on technology roles to leading large global delivery programs and complex client transformations.

My leadership style wasn’t built on being the loudest voice in the room — it was built on credibility, calm decision-making, and long-term trust.

Today, I mentor emerging leaders, especially women navigating corporate ecosystems, office politics, and the invisible expectations placed upon them.

    3. Why is “Quiet Power: Leadership Lessons from a Life Fully Lived” important to you?

Because I’ve lived through it as part of my journey,

Leadership isn’t always bold and visible. Often, it’s steady, strategic, and deeply human. Quiet Power is about leading with conviction, resilience, and authenticity

It’s a reminder that you don’t have to change who you are to lead powerfully.

    4. Who should attend the Women in Tech Global Conference, and why?

Anyone who wants to lead in a rapidly changing, AI-driven world — especially women navigating growth, visibility, and influence.

This conference isn’t just about technology. It’s about confidence, community, and courage. And that combination changes careers.
