    ⭐ N-able – N-able embeds belonging into its global culture through initiatives that expand visibility, mentorship, and growth opportunities for women across engineering, product, and operations. 

    ⭐ New Relic – New Relic integrates inclusive practices into every layer of its organization, supported by active employee communities and leadership accountability that strengthen representation and retention for women in tech. 

    ⭐ Sigma Software Group – Sigma Software Group champions gender parity in leadership and drives global initiatives that support women’s growth, empowerment, and visibility across engineering, design, and consulting roles. 

    ⭐ Worth – Worth stands out as a women-led fintech organization where diverse leadership representation and inclusive hiring practices create a workplace built on equity, representation, and opportunity.
