    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 200 000 women in tech, and allies?

I am very much looking forward to speaking at this year's event.  The representation within this group and the experience of each participant guarantee rich discussions around issues we are all wrestling with, regardless of industry.

    2. Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?

My career path has not been a straight line.  Technology and transformation have been the thread throughout my career, regardless of role, that has pulled through enterprise outcomes directly impacting customers.

    3. Why is the topic “Transformation & Cultural Divide or Women & Career Planning” important to you?

The topic of Transformation and Cultural Divide I'm passionate about because it is why change is so hard to implement and more importantly sustain.  The focus on people and company culture can be at odds and is the biggest accelerator of progress when you get it right.  The second topic on Women and Career Planning has to continue to be a focus especially during these societal times of confusion, the misrepresentation of why diversity may or may not be required anymore and women are more underrepresented than ever at rapid rates.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?

All senior leaders responsible for talent, strategic workforce planning and direct impact on a company's pipeline should attend the global conference.  We need to be accountable and listen, learn and share with each other if we are to make an impact as a community of leaders to our people, companies, society and shareholders.
