    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference, and what motivated you to join our community of 200,000 women in tech and allies?

I’m incredibly excited to be part of the Women in Tech Global Conference. Any space that brings together this many passionate, purpose‑driven leaders is powerful. What motivated me to join is the shared commitment to lifting each other up, navigating change with courage, and shaping the future of technology with intention.

    2. Share with us your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction.

I’ve spent more than two decades leading technology and operations teams, and my journey has always been grounded in purpose—using technology to solve meaningful problems and create better experiences for the people we serve. I joined UnitedHealth Group more than 15 years ago and have had the privilege of leading large‑scale product transformation, platform modernization, and AI‑driven innovation across the enterprise.

Today, as Chief Information Officer for UnitedHealthcare, I lead our technology organization with a focus on reducing friction in healthcare, accelerating connected workflows, and ensuring information is timely, actionable, and available at the moments that matter most. Across every role—whether driving large‑scale software delivery, modernizing platforms, or advancing our AI and learning agenda—what has stayed constant is my belief in the power of teams. When people feel connected to the mission and clear on the impact they drive, we unlock our full potential.

    3. Why is the topic “AI and the C-Suite: Turning Intelligence into Impact” important to you?

AI has incredible potential, but its true value comes when leaders know how to turn intelligence into meaningful, human‑centered impact. In healthcare, AI can help us move faster, operate smarter, and dramatically reduce friction for the people we serve.

For me, AI isn’t just a technology—it’s a mindset. It’s about applying intelligence with purpose, enabling teams, and creating better experiences for people. The C‑suite plays a critical role in ensuring AI drives clarity, speed, and outcomes that truly matter.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference, and why?

I’d recommend this event to anyone who’s ready to lead through change—emerging technologists, rising leaders, and anyone committed to shaping the future with purpose. In healthcare especially, where technology directly impacts people’s lives, we need diverse voices influencing AI, cybersecurity, digital platforms, and data.

This conference is more than a moment to connect—it’s a catalyst. It brings clarity, confidence, and the kind of cross‑industry collaboration that helps us operate smarter, innovate boldly, and lead with intention. It’s the kind of space where talent grows, ideas accelerate, and leaders are built.
