1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 200,000 women in tech, and allies?
I am truly excited and honored to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference. This community represents the power of collaboration, inclusion, and shared growth in the technology ecosystem. Being part of a global network of women in tech, minorities, and allies creates an environment where knowledge, innovation, and leadership can thrive. I was motivated to join because I strongly believe that diverse voices are essential for building responsible, impactful technology and shaping the future of digital transformation.
2. Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?
My journey in technology began with a strong foundation in software engineering and enterprise systems, where I worked on large-scale platforms and complex business applications. Over time, I became increasingly interested in how data and analytics could drive smarter decision-making and operational excellence.
This led me to transition into leadership roles focused on building scalable analytics platforms, improving data governance, and enabling AI-driven insights. What continues to inspire me is the opportunity to bridge technology and business strategy, and to create solutions that not only improve efficiency but also positively impact people and organizations.
3. Why is the topic “Data Leadership in HCM and BPO: Driving Transformation with Analytics and AI” important to you?
This topic is important because HCM and BPO organizations manage highly complex, people-centric operations where data-driven decisions can create significant value. Strong data leadership enables organizations to move from reactive reporting to proactive, intelligent decision-making.
Analytics and AI have the potential to improve workforce planning, enhance employee experience, optimize operations, and support ethical automation. I am passionate about helping leaders understand how to build data-driven cultures that responsibly adopt AI while maintaining transparency, trust, and human-centered design.
4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?
I would encourage professionals at all career stages, from students and early-career technologists to senior leaders and entrepreneurs, to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference. The event offers access to global perspectives, emerging technology trends, and real-world leadership insights.
