    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 200,000 women in tech, and allies?

Very excited - these are the kinds of environments where conversations move quickly from what’s possible to what actually works. That shift is where real value happens, and it’s exactly the kind of audience I enjoy engaging with.

    2. Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?

What I feel summarizes my journey is the belief that “old ways won’t open new doors”. I started with a focus on solving problems that matter. AI and automation became the most effective tools to do that at scale - and over time, my work evolved around building teams and solutions that turn complexity into something usable and impactful.

    3. Why is the topic "From Hype to Impact: How to Build AI Teams That Actually Deliver" important to you?

Because there’s still a clear gap between AI ambition and AI impact. Many organizations invest heavily in tools, but struggle with operating models, accountability, and adoption - which is where real value is either created or lost.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?

Anyone who wants to understand how technology is shaping industries in practice, not just in theory. The value of this conference comes from bringing together people who are building, experimenting, and driving change across different domains.
