    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 200 000 women in tech and allies?

I'm really looking forward to speaking at the Women in Tech Global Conference this year. I've always enjoyed the conferences in the past, both as a speaker and as a participant, because there is so much great content to absorb from an impressive group of women in tech.

    2. Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?

My journey into technology started with QA roles, both with software and data. It developed into a passion for building great tech solutions for people who want to gather meaningful signals from the noise of large data sets. The further I've gone in my career, the more I've fallen in love with data architecture and governance. To me, they represent the healthy soil from which the best tech innovations can grow.

    3. Why is the topic “Meaningful Support from Leaders During Difficult Change” important to you?

Leaders in every industry have to find ways to support their team during hard times, but the Tech industry in particular has had a very difficult few years in terms of layoffs and restructuring. For me, these times get close to the heart of what matters most in leadership: showing up for your team in ways that will foster resilience and trust. I'm looking forward to sharing my perspective on what works - and what doesn't - when you're leading a team through troubled waters.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?

I genuinely think this conference has something for everyone! I've always appreciated the technical sessions, and this year there are so many interesting perspectives in AI that I think everyone would benefit from listening. Especially senior leaders, who are being asked more and more to make use of AI in their operations - there's a good chance you'll find inspiration on how you can leverage it in one of these talks.
