    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference, and what motivated you to join our community of 200,000 women in tech and allies?

Yes, absolutely. What excites me most is the scale and intentionality of the 200,000-strong global community. It represents collective momentum across regions and disciplines. I joined in to contribute to expanding who builds and leads technology, to learn from a diverse ecosystem of builders, and to support visible pathways for the next generation of women in tech.

    2. Share with us your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction.

My path into tech was driven by a fascination with complex systems and their human impact. I began my career at Qualcomm in the connectivity and broadband division, joining as an engineering intern and growing into an engineering management role, where I worked on large-scale connectivity systems. Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in building the technology but in advocating for it and translating technical capabilities into real-world value for customers and end users. That curiosity led me into product and organizational leadership, particularly in AI, where strategy becomes embedded in technology.

Since then, I have progressed into Director-level product leadership roles, working at the intersection of physical hardware and intelligent software systems. I am especially drawn to areas where connectivity, edge computing, and AI come together, and where infrastructure decisions directly influence product experience, differentiation, and market outcomes. I am motivated to build intelligent systems that are responsible, inclusive, and institutionally aligned.

    3. Why is “Beyond the Algorithms: What AI teaches me about Product and Organizational Leadership” important to you?

Because AI’s most important lessons are about leadership, not just technology. Intelligent systems encode organizational values at scale. That means product decisions become governance decisions. AI has pushed me to think in systems, design for learning loops, and prioritize accountability and trust as core product requirements.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference, and why?

Emerging technologists who want visibility and networks. Senior leaders who shape hiring and funding decisions. And founders and investors are looking for innovation and partnerships. The conference accelerates careers, informs leadership, and strengthens the ecosystem, shaping the future of tech.
