    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference, and what motivated you to join our community of 200,000 women in tech and allies?

I’m truly excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference. What motivated me to join this incredible community is its commitment to creating spaces where women, minorities, and allies can not only be represented but genuinely supported, heard, and empowered.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people are given both visibility and voice. Being part of a global community of 200,000 members who are actively working to uplift one another aligns deeply with my own passion for championing inclusion, shared learning, and collective growth. I’m honored to contribute and learn alongside such an inspiring network.

    2. Share with us your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction.

I have spent over 17 years in the tech industry, building a career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people. My journey began with a curiosity for how complex systems work and, over time, evolved into leading large-scale, global initiatives that bring teams together to deliver meaningful impact.

Currently, I lead cloud-scale transformation programs that span multiple clouds and organizations, working closely with engineering, product, and business leaders. What has consistently inspired me is not just solving technical challenges but creating clarity, alignment, and momentum across diverse teams.

Along the way, I’ve been deeply motivated to advocate for women and underrepresented voices in tech. Seeing firsthand the difference that mentorship, sponsorship, and representation can make inspired me to develop my career in a direction where I can both deliver results and help others define success on their own terms. That purpose continues to guide the work I do and the conversations I’m passionate about leading.

    3. Why is the topic “From Rejection to Director: 18 “no’s” later, courage and allies turned my career roadblocks into a breakthrough” important to you?

This topic is deeply important to me because rejection is a shared but often unspoken part of many careers—especially for women and underrepresented groups in tech. I faced 18 “no’s” while pursuing growth opportunities, each one testing my confidence and sense of belonging.

What ultimately turned those roadblocks into a breakthrough wasn’t just persistence, but courage—and the presence of allies who believed in me, challenged me, and advocated for me when it mattered most. This experience reshaped how I think about success, leadership, and resilience.

I want this talk to normalize rejection, reframe it as data rather than failure, and highlight the transformative power of allies. If sharing my story helps even one person stay in the game, ask for support, or see a different path forward, then it’s a story worth telling.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference, and why?

I would recommend the Women in Tech Global Conference to anyone who is navigating growth, change, or ambition within the tech ecosystem—women at any career stage, underrepresented groups, allies, leaders, and aspiring leaders alike.

This conference is especially valuable for those who want to learn from real, lived experiences, expand their global network, and gain practical insights into building resilient and fulfilling careers. It’s also a powerful space for allies who want to better understand how to support inclusion and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Ultimately, anyone who believes in the importance of community, shared learning, and creating opportunities for others will find value in attending this conference.
