    1. Are you excited to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference and what motivated you to join our community of 200 000 women in tech, and allies?

Absolutely, I’m thrilled and deeply humbled to speak at the Women in Tech Global Conference. This platform gives me the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and, more importantly, to support other women in technology. I’ve benefited immensely from brilliant women who generously shared their knowledge and championed me throughout my career, and joining a community of 200,000 women in tech, minorities, and allies is a meaningful way to give back. I’m motivated by the chance to amplify underrepresented voices, foster mentorship and allyship, and help build a more inclusive, equitable tech ecosystem where everyone can thrive.

    2. Share with us about your background, your journey in tech, and what inspired you to develop your career in this direction?

I’ve always been fascinated by technology, especially the kind that helps people connect. In high school, I worked part-time at a local pager store, where I learned to activate service, set up and repair hardware, and saw firsthand how even simple devices could dramatically improve communication.

From there, I moved into mobile phones right as the industry shifted from analog to digital. Being part of that transition was a turning point for me: it fundamentally changed how we communicate and stay connected, and it showed me how quickly technology can reshape everyday life.

Fast forward to today, my focus is still communication, but through visual storytelling. Mobile phones have become the default way we stay connected with the world, and they’ve made visual content our universal language. That evolution inspired me to build my career at the intersection of technology and communication.

    3. Why is the topic “The Creative Multiplier: How AI is Rewiring the Traditional Visual Workflow ” important to you?

This topic matters to me because it sits squarely at the intersection of everything I care about: technology that strengthens human connection and practical tools that help creatives do their best work. I’ve spent my career focused on how new technologies reshape the way we communicate, and AI is the next chapter, one that should amplify creativity, not replace it.

In my work leading Custom AI solutions at Getty Images, I see firsthand how responsible, rights-aware tools can center human talent: the most successful technology enhances people, not replaces them. Much like mobile phones transformed how we communicate without replacing our need to communicate, visual AI tools help us communicate more efficiently and effectively. They don’t replace what we communicate or the human ideas behind it.

Ultimately, “The Creative Multiplier” is important to me because it’s about empowering people; helping creatives, marketers, and producers spend more time on high-impact ideas while ensuring transparency, rights, and trust stay at the core of the visual workflow.

    4. Who would you advise to attend the Women in Tech Global Conference and why?

I’d encourage all women to attend, no matter your technical experience. Technology isn’t just for coders and engineers; it’s for anyone who wants to use digital tools to do their work better. You don’t need a specific degree, just curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, to understand tech’s potential and apply it to what you already do.
