This recognition feels like a milestone that honors years of building, leading, and lifting others in the tech community. My journey has moved from hands-on engineering to driving AI learning across teams, evangelism, and cross-org impact at scale. Being featured here signals that the work I do to adopt human centric AI, mentor others, and create opportunities for learning is making a real difference.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
Tech evolves fast, and that constant reinvention has shaped my own career. It pushed me to stay curious, embrace changes and adopt fast.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
One of the most meaningful achievements in my career was building GE’s SenoGraphe Pristina mammography system from concept to market release. Contributing to a product that helps detect breast cancer and saves millions of lives remains my all time high and a reminder of why I chose this field. Alongside that, creating the AI Learning Champs program at Microsoft became a grassroots movement that grew from a simple idea into an org wide initiative. It introduced AI learning, hands-on workshops, and monthly guidance to thousands of engineers, proving that change can start small and scale when people believe in the mission.

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
Take ownership of opportunities even before you feel ready, because growth often follows action.
Who would you recommend to join the WomenTech Network, and why?
Women at every stage can learn from each other, amplify their work, and find opportunities that accelerate their careers. But I highly recommend it for fresh grads and early-career women to join, to make the most of what womentech offers.
