    Reflecting on My Journey

As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?

This recognition is deeply meaningful because it validates the journey I’ve taken often navigating transforming complex technology programs, and advocating for inclusive leadership. To me, this award is not just a personal milestone; it represents the collective progress of women breaking barriers in technology, governance, and innovation.

It reflects the impact I strive to make every day: leading large-scale transformations, empowering teams with human-centric leadership, and creating pathways for other women to step into technical and strategic roles with confidence. This honor strengthens my commitment to elevating more voices, shaping equitable workplaces, and driving meaningful change in the tech ecosystem.

    Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?

The most rewarding aspect of working in tech is the ability to innovate and solve problems at a scale that meaningfully impacts people’s lives. Whether it’s building cyber-resilient systems, driving Agile transformations, or designing frameworks that unlock operational efficiency, technology gives us the opportunity to create solutions that ripple across entire organizations.

This industry has shaped my career by constantly challenging me to learn, evolve, and lead with curiosity. Tech pushes you to stay uncomfortable in a good way because growth happens at the edge of change. It has also reinforced my belief that leadership is not just about delivering projects, but about uplifting people, enabling teams, and building sustainable systems that outlast any one individual.

    My Tech Career Milestone

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

A defining moment in my career was leading the global Agile transformation for an engineering and operation product based team. It was a large, complex shift from traditional delivery to a modern, resilient, Agile operating model.

This effort improved efficiency, reduced time-to-value, reshaped engineering culture, and influenced enterprise-wide strategy. But the most meaningful part was the human impact: empowering teams to work smarter, reducing burnout, and demonstrating how change, when led with empathy, can unlock extraordinary performance.

That initiative became a cornerstone of my leadership philosophy and continues to drive the way I design transformations, frameworks, and mentorship programs today.

Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?

    1. Own your expertise early. Don’t wait until you feel “ready.” Nobody ever fully does. Claim your space in the room and start contributing.

    2. Build a portfolio of impact, not tasks. Focus on measurable outcomes, improvements, efficiencies, savings, innovations. These become your career currency.

    3. Seek sponsors, not just mentors. Mentors guide you; sponsors advocate for you when you’re not in the room.

    4. Stay curious and future-oriented. The tech landscape changes fast. Treat learning as an ongoing strategic investment.

    5. Raise your hand for stretch opportunities. Growth often comes disguised as ambiguity, complexity, or risk.

    6. Support other women. When one rises, many rise. Creating opportunities for others is how systemic change happens.

Who would you recommend to join the WomenTech Network, and why?

I would recommend WomenTech Network to anyone who believes in the power of community, learning, and global collaboration, especially women early in their tech careers, mid-career professionals seeking growth, and leaders who want to contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem.

WomenTech Network is more than a platform, it’s a movement. It provides access to mentorship, visibility, leadership opportunities, and a global support system. For women navigating the tech field, this kind of community accelerates growth, confidence, and impact.
