Reflecting on My Journey
As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
This recognition is a great source of pride for me—not only because it reflects the work I’ve done, but because it gives me yet another reason to keep moving forward. It motivates me to continue encouraging other women to push ahead, to believe in themselves, and to forge their own paths in technology and leadership.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry is the passion it awakens in us—and seeing that passion rewarded through our efforts. That, to me, is the true reward. It’s what drives us to keep moving forward, to give our best, and to achieve what we set out to do.
It’s that fighting spirit: not giving up in the face of adversity, being able to say, “Here I am. I’ve arrived, just like others, and I’ve made it.” Seeing other empowered women achieve their goals has been deeply inspiring, and knowing that I aspired to do the same has shaped my own journey. Believing in myself and in the work I do has been the real force that’s taken me where I wanted to go.
Having people who support you—finding that sense of backing and community—has also played a crucial role in my path. That’s something I want to highlight and pass on, to help empower even more women to believe in themselves and in what they can achieve.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
I’ve experienced several negative and challenging moments in my professional tech career simply because I am a woman. Paradoxically, those experiences became the moments that shaped me the most. They made me stronger, pushed me to believe even more deeply that I could achieve my goals, and fueled my determination to fight for them.
Over time, I’ve seen that effort rewarded—not without leaving my mark along the way, and not without continuing to push forward. Those moments of proving myself, again and again, have been defining for me, reinforcing both my resilience and my commitment to keep striving, not just for my own growth, but to pave the way for others as well.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
Don’t give up. There will always be someone who can support you—that’s exactly why this community exists. Believe in yourself, even when it feels hard, and actively seek out people who believe in you too.
Look for role models: women who have reached the top, learn from their journeys, and let their stories guide you—because if they’ve made it, you can too. And if you need help, ask for it. We are part of a strong, supportive community of women in tech who are ready to mentor, advise, and lift each other up. Use those resources. We are here for you!

I would recommend WomenTech Network to any woman who wants to grow, feel supported, and be inspired—whether you’re just starting out or already well established in your career.
