As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
This recognition is deeply meaningful to me because it celebrates both individual contribution and the collective impact of building technology with purpose. Throughout my journey, I have focused on solving complex, real-world problems at scale, particularly at the intersection of AI, reliability engineering, and operational excellence, while working alongside teams that value collaboration and trust.
It highlights what becomes possible when women are supported, trusted, and given space to lead in deeply technical roles. Being recognized as a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner affirms the importance of technical depth, curiosity, and inclusive leadership. It reflects a commitment not only to pushing boundaries in AI-driven systems, but also to mentoring, empowering, and creating environments where women can innovate, grow, and bring their full expertise to solving complex problems.
This award is a reminder that when women uplift one another, the impact extends far beyond a single project or role. I am honored to represent women who lead with innovation, integrity, and a strong sense of community in highly technical domains.

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in tech is seeing ideas evolve into systems that create measurable impact. I am particularly motivated by building platforms that reduce complexity and help teams operate with clarity and confidence, especially in high-stakes environments such as incident response and system reliability. This has shaped a career path focused on building scalable, resilient systems while also investing in people. Mentoring engineers, encouraging diverse perspectives, and fostering cultures where learning and collaboration thrive have been just as important as technical execution.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
One particularly meaningful moment was seeing an AI-driven observability platform evolve from concept to real-world impact. The platform helped teams reduce alert noise, detect incidents faster, and make better decisions under pressure. What made this achievement truly impactful was not just the technology itself, but the collective effort, trust, and collaboration behind it. Sharing these learnings with the global engineering community through publications, conferences, and mentorship reinforced the value of open knowledge and representation. It demonstrated how innovation becomes stronger when experiences and insights are shared, especially by women leading in deeply technical domains.

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
Build confidence through continuous learning, and do not underestimate the value of asking questions and seeking support. Growth accelerates when women advocate for themselves and for one another. Equally important is giving back by mentoring, sharing knowledge, and creating space for others to thrive. Careers are not built in isolation, and success becomes more meaningful when it helps lift others along the way.
