Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry is that you get to learn a lot as you move up the ladder or gain more experience over time. That also includes getting support from other players in tech. And having that support from mentors, colleagues, family and friends.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
Key achievement in my career has been almost every time I could solve a problem or automate a manual process, and otherwise another key moment is the Time I had completed my post grad in Cybersecurity with Honors when I realised amongst so many out there very few can get Honors, and amongst those fewest are the women who have constantly worked hard amidst the industrial and technological drawbacks.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
Focus on your interest, not necessarily what a marker looks like, be it still learning to be a developer, tester or QA analyst, every new AI application or process starts from the basics of Scientific models and the foundation will always remain the same. Keep short term goals, such as making a small project that maybe helps you solve your problem or someone else’s, and from there get into the bigger milestones! Gain as much experience as possible before you take your big jump!

Being acknowledged is far more important than just winning, and a platform as such enables you to be recognized and connect with other women with like minds globally. This platform not only resonates with the efforts of each woman who is in tech but also with those women who play a very important role in supporting other women aspiring to grow.
