This recognition is deeply meaningful to me because it represents not just a single achievement, but an entire journey built on persistence, learning, and purpose. Throughout my career, I have focused on building technology that creates real business impact while also empowering people especially women to grow and lead with confidence. Being acknowledged by WomenTech validates the belief that thoughtful, ethical, and inclusive innovation truly matters, and it reinforces my commitment to using technology as a force for positive change.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in tech is the ability to solve complex problems at scale and see those solutions make a tangible difference in people’s lives and organizations. Technology evolves constantly, which has pushed me to stay curious, adaptable, and forward-thinking. This environment shaped my career into one that blends engineering, leadership, and mentorship, allowing me to contribute not only through systems and platforms, but also through developing the next generation of technologists.

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
One defining moment in my career was leading large-scale, AI-driven platforms that unified fragmented systems into a single, intelligent experience while delivering measurable business value. Seeing teams collaborate across geographies, innovate responsibly, and deliver solutions that transformed how organizations operate was incredibly meaningful. Equally impactful has been mentoring women and early-career professionals and watching them step into leadership roles with confidence that impact lasts far beyond any single project.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
First, believe that you belong; confidence is just as important as competence. Invest deeply in your technical foundation, but don’t underestimate the power of communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Seek mentors, build a strong network, and don’t be afraid to ask for opportunities even if you don’t meet every requirement. Most importantly, define success on your own terms and stay resilient; challenges are part of the journey, not a signal to stop.
