    Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?

The most rewarding part of my career in tech is the ability to transform a simple concept into a scalable system that impacts billions of lives globally. There is an immense sense of fulfillment in watching human centered engineering evolve from a blank screen into a platform that solves complex, real world problems. Furthermore, my experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams across the U.S., Europe and Asia has provided me with a global perspective and a depth of cultural insight that I believe is unique to this profession.

    My Tech Career Milestone

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

Coming from a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I transitioned into software by learning the craft on the job. For me, a defining moment has been the recurring success of mastering complex coding and system design challenges to join MNCs like IBM, McAfee, SAP and Visa. Each time I deliver scalable solutions at a global scale - it serves as a powerful validation of my journey from a self taught programmer to a technical leader.

Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?

Don't let a non-traditional background slow you down, tech is an industry that values skills over pedigree. My biggest piece of advice is to stay curious and take charge of your own learning. If you want to break into a global MNC as a Software Engineer, dedicate yourself to mastering system design and coding. Consistent practice in these fundamentals is what truly opens doors and ensures long term success.

Who would you recommend to join the WomenTech Network, and why?

I would recommend the WomenTech Network to anyone looking to bridge the gap between their current skills and the expectations of global tech leaders.
